Shipping Rates and Zones

We use fetchr couriers within the UAE. Depending on the time of day we receive your order will affect when you receive it. In most cases, especially within Dubai, you will receive your order within a day of dispatch. Most orders are received 2 WORKING DAYS POST ORDERING. Please note if you live in ABU DHABI there are many areas that are NOT serviced daily such as Al Raha. If you require something urgently it is advisable to contact us first on info@pinkelephantdxb.com
with a brief description of your order.

Most GCC countries will receive their orders in approximately 3 days.
For orders outside the UAE we use a range of DHL couriers. Approximate delivery times range from 4-5 days depending on location. Please note that international orders may be subject to CUSTOMS/DUTY CHARGES in the destination country. This is something over which we have no control and is PAYABLE BY THE CUSTOMER upon receipt of goods.|

Please note for UAE orders we cannot guarantee that you will receive your package following day. If your request is urgent we advise that you contact us.
We do not make a profit from courier charges and in most cases we subsidize these charges.|

Exchange and Refund Policy

At PinkElephant DXB we endeavor to always choose items that are of good quality and not mass produced. As a result you may find that certain items may have small 'imperfections' - these are all part of the product and are what make them individual. Many of our items are hand made, hand dyed or hand finished so please always follow the care instructions specific to your purchase. If a product has a fault or defect, you may return the undamaged item within 7 days of receiving it for a refund, postage not included.

Generally we do not refund unless an item is faulty but we are happy to exchange. To exchange an item please contact us as soon as possible upon receipt of goods. It is the customers responsibility to return any items for exchange.
